The IP21 Driver facilitates communication between the IOTA VUE API (back-end) and the AspenTech InfoPlus.21 (IP21) historian (source). This stateless driver does not maintain source connections or data caches. A single IP21 Driver service can support multiple connections to different AspenTech IP21 historians. The driver supports the following object types:
